This is a step-by-step guide on how you can get access to the app and operate it.
Firstly, you need to install the app on your phone or have access to the site on your browser.
Open the app and click on create an account. For you to create an account, you need to have an email address and a phone number for verification purposes. Enter your details and your account will be created.
Open the app or access your account on your browser and enter where you will be going to.
Request to see available drivers nearby and confirm your pickup location. Check for confirmation and you will be matched with a driver.
You can see where the driver is on the map with the help of our GPS and in how many minutes he will arrive. Wait for him at your pickup station when he is close by.
Anytime you're riding on a WoulibX, please confirm to see if the details match with what is provided in the app for security purposes and to avoid getting into the wrong car. You can do this by checking the license plate, car model, the driver's face, and other details provided in the app. Never get into a car that doesn't match the details provided by the app.
Go into the car to seat, relax and wait for your arrival.
Share the cost for your trip accordingly using the payment methods available like a credit card, debit card, E-transfer, or cash.
Rate your journey based on your experience. You can also leave a review or compliment in the app.
