WoulibX – Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Introduction

the WoulibX website, web application, mobile application, and related services
(collectively, the "Platform").
References to "WoulibX", "Woulib Expert
Inc.", "we", "our", or "us" refer to Woulib
Expert Inc., a Canadian technology company operating a mobility and community
networking platform.
References to "you" or "user" refer to
any individual, organization, driver, passenger, student, employee, partner, or
visitor accessing or using the Platform.
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using any
WoulibX service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to
be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue
use of the Platform immediately.
2. Nature of the Service
WoulibX is a technology platform designed to connect
individuals, students, employees, organizations, and communities seeking to
share transportation opportunities and mobility resources.

WoulibX may, at its sole discretion, offer identity

However, WoulibX does not guarantee the authenticity,
accuracy, validity, or ongoing compliance of any document, credential, license,
insurance policy, or information provided by users.
Users remain solely responsible for conducting their own due
diligence before participating in any ride, transportation arrangement, or
community activity.
The existence of a verification badge or status on the
Platform does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or
recommendation by WoulibX.
16. Event Transportation Disclaimer
WoulibX may facilitate transportation coordination for
sporting events, festivals, concerts, conferences, community gatherings, and
other public or private events, including international events such as the FIFA
World Cup 2026.
WoulibX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by,
or officially associated with any event organizer unless explicitly stated.
Users are solely responsible for:
WoulibX assumes no responsibility for event cancellations,
schedule changes, access restrictions, travel disruptions, or any losses
incurred in connection with such events.
17. Senior Mobility and Accessibility Services
WoulibX may offer specialized mobility programs designed to
facilitate transportation opportunities for seniors, individuals with
disabilities, persons with reduced mobility, or vulnerable populations.
These services are intended solely to facilitate connections
between community members and transportation providers.
WoulibX does not provide medical transportation services,
healthcare services, personal assistance services, caregiving services, or
specialized transportation services requiring government licensing or
certification.
Users acknowledge that any transportation arrangement
remains a private agreement between participating individuals.
Drivers are solely responsible for determining whether they
are capable of accommodating the specific needs of passengers.
Passengers are responsible for communicating any mobility,
accessibility, or assistance requirements before accepting a ride.
18. Tap Tap Community Mobility Program
The Tap Tap service is a community-based mobility initiative
designed to improve transportation accessibility in areas that are underserved
by traditional public transportation systems.
Tap Tap is not:
Tap Tap serves solely as a technology-enabled platform
allowing community members to organize and coordinate transportation
opportunities.
All transportation arrangements facilitated through Tap Tap
remain private agreements between participating users.
WoulibX does not guarantee transportation availability,
service levels, travel schedules, vehicle availability, or route coverage.
19. User Meetings and Personal Interactions
Users acknowledge that participation in ridesharing
activities may involve interactions with individuals previously unknown to
them.
WoulibX does not conduct comprehensive background
investigations on all users and cannot guarantee the conduct, behavior,
honesty, identity, safety, or intentions of any user.
Users agree to exercise reasonable judgment and personal
responsibility when arranging meetings, rides, or transportation activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoulibX shall not be
liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, fraud, misconduct, assault,
harassment, or criminal activity arising from interactions between users.
